The Coots will be getting a behind the scenes tour of the Pacific Maritime Heritage Center and the Burrows House & Log Cabin Museums in Newport. We'll start at the Maritime Heritage Center, then go over to the Log Cabin Museum, where we'll visit the research library and photo archives.
We'll meet for lunch at the Clearwater Restaurant a few blocks from the Maritime Heritage Center at 11:30 to beat the lunch hour crowds. There's a parking lot across the street from Clearwater, or you can park in the Maritime Heritage Center parking lot. Carpooling is encouraged. We'll meet our hosts at the Maritime Heritage Center around 1:00.
