The Lincoln Street Kayak & Canoe Museum displays some of the many skin on frame canoes and kayaks Harvey Golden has built to historic native designs while researching his books on skin on frame boats. Harvey wrote THE books on Greenland and Alaskan Kayaks. Harvey is a Coot from Way Back.
The plan is to meet around 12:00 at the Lucky Labrador, 915 SE Hawthorne Blvd., for lunch, then visit the Museum, 5340 SE Lincoln St., afterwards. Carpooling is encouraged for those of us from ouside the Megalopolis.
