The Coots Maritime Library is located upstairs in the Pacific Maritime Heritage Center, 333 SE Bay Blvd. in Newport, Oregon. The Library is open from 11:00 to 4:00 Wednesday through Sunday. A librarian will be there Saturday afternoons.
