If you can, please tell us if the Coots' Library copy is a cheap paperback, trade paperback (better paper and binding) or hardcover, and how many pages it has. That can help get an idea about shipping cost.
There is no single physical location full of Coots' Library books. If you'd like to check out a book, contact the Coot Librarian to arrange how you will get the book, which may be by mail (you pay shipping) or personal delivery somehow. After you check out a book you can keep it until someone else wants to borrow it.
