Dont miss it, the best messabout of the year! September 19, 20, 21. We pushed the messabout later this year in hopes of the campground being closed. This will mean boating in from the dam launch area.

The campground is within walking distance from the dam. We are hoping for no campground fees, but you will need a forest pass to park. No guarantees on the campground closure and lack of camping fees, but that is what we are hoping for.

If the campgroud is closed we should be able to get the waterfront sites. If you dont have a boat, walk over and get a shuttle for you gear. Just follow the lake trail and you will find us. I plan on taking friday off this year and setting camp early.
